Japanese Crypto Exchange Discloses Its $4.1M Gram Token Escrow Wallet
Japanese cryptocurrency exchange Liquid has revealed the digital wallet address holding the proceeds from the Gram token sale it conducted in July. In an Aug. 30 announcement, Liquid disclosed the public blockchain wallet address that now keeps all participating customer funds from Gram token sale. Liquid further stated that the funds will remain in cold storage until the release and delivery of the assets by Gram Asia. Jaguar Uses Iota in Proof-of-Concept Demo for Tracing Car Energy
Distributed ledger technology (DLT) company Iota has partnered with auto manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover for a proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstration for tracing car energy with DLT. Report: Cryptojacking Campaigns Up by 29%, Ransomware Attacks Up 118%
Cybersecurity company McAfee Labs has released its August 2019 threat report, which notes an increase in cryptojacking campaigns and ransomware attacks in Q1 2019. San Francisco-based crypto lending and borrowing firm Dharma has announced the start of a closed beta for a new version of its platform.
